Our Licence Terms 

While my business, Plush Design Studio in Coffs Harbour, values sharing and collaboration, I also value honesty and protecting creative rights.

I offer some products for free on my website, and I may at times sell products from my website. Even after you download those products, I will continue to hold the copyright for those products - including free photos, illustrations, planners, quotes and any other item that is given away for free, paid, or otherwise.

If you would like a product that you can hold copyright for, you can contact Plush Design Studio and I would be happy to create something unique for you.

YOU CERTAINLY CAN:

• use my free images on your website or blog, or your clients website or blog

• use my free images for advertisements for your business or blog (including print, online and social media)

• use my free images for invitations or flyers (for your wedding, party, business or blog)

• use my images as artwork in your home, on any electronic devices you have

• print out my images for personal use

YOU CANNOT:

• use my images if you or your client earns more than $2 million per annum (gross) - contact me if you do and I can arrange special licensing for you

• sell any of my images, or any cropping of images, or edited images

• use my images on products for sale (such as mugs, prints, shirts etc) 

• use my images in any product that is for sale

• give my images away free on your site or social media or anywhere else
